Next up in our Summer Special from the Pori Power Podcast series is non other than the incredibly prolific AI Pioneer, Real-world Researcher and Serial Entrepreneur, Harri Ketamo.
Beyond a PhD in Information Technology, a Licentiate in Educational Psychology and a Masters in Education, Harry has 20+ years of experience in cognitive sciences, computational intelligence, complex adaptive systems and game development.
Since 2015, he's the Founder and Chairman of Headai, a company developing General Semantic AI for transparent decision making. He's also actively participating in academic research as a senior fellow at the University of Turku and at Satakunta University of Applied Sciences. Harri's previous ventures include founding and managing gameMiner (game AI), xTask (adaptive learning) and SkillPixels (serious games).
With 300+ presentations given, 100+ peer-reviewed research articles published and multiple real-world products (games, MOOCs, adaptive systems, AI) developed and used in more than 120 countries all over the world, he is probably the strongest voice in Finland on the utility of AI in Education and beyond.
